The Finnish Game Day in St. Petersburg

Finnish Game Day is an annual event that takes place in Saint Petersburg at the Consulate of Finland in June 18, a day before the White Nights game conference.
The event brings together investors, publishers and founders of game studios from Finland, Russia, Eastern Europe and Asia to help to explore new business opportunities.
It’s a unique possibility for investors to get to know the Finnish game studios – and for the Finnish game studios to find investments and business partners and to close publishing deals!
During the day game Industry leaders, investors and publishers will discuss topics such as investments in games, publishing and new markets and Finland as a place to grow gaming companies. Panelists (such as Helsinki Business Hub’s very own Maria Hartikainen) will share their views about the trends in the market and discuss about the business opportunities for both the investors and game studios.
Participants will have a chance to meet investors, publishers and founders of game studios from Russia, Eastern Europe and Asia. Meeting booking system will help to schedule one on one meetings at the event.
This is an especially good opportunity for Russian studios interested in expanding to Finland and Europe to connect with right people and get first-hand information.
