Via Venture invests 9M€ into Finnish nanotechnology pioneer Beneq Oy

Danish Via Ventures and Finnish Industry Investment Ltd have made an investment of nine million euros to the Helsinki based nanosurface growth company Beneq Oy.
Beneq is a supplier of production and research equipment for advanced thin film coatings, one of Finland’s key innovative players in the country’s emerging nano-ecosystem and a winner of multiple international awards. In the phase of a strong growth, Beneq is currently moving from piloting products to industrial production and with the help of the funding received plans to invest into international growth especially in China, Germany and in the United States.
