A keen eye on the possibilities of wind energy

The Finnish renewable energy sector, though relatively small, has witnessed the growth of significant areas of expertise such as biomass energy, biofuels for transport and wind energy components.

GHP conducted the Helsinki Business Hub Renewable Energy Sub-Sector Report in 2010 and has since engaged with industry leaders in Finland to find out their view on which areas would be best for new foreign investments. With their help, GHP will make a case for new investments into Greater Helsinki in the renewable energies field.
